Magistrates Court Hearings

Private fees for Magistrates Court hearings

Home » Services » Legal Fees & Funding » Magistrates Court Hearings

If you’re over 18 and have been arrested for a serious crime, you’ll likely be sent to the Magistrate’s Court for a hearing as a starting point for any criminal proceedings.

It will be here that your case will end in a range of outcomes, including discharge, a hefty fine or community order, or a suspended or prison sentence. On occasion, cases can get referred to the Crown Court for longer sentencing.

Magistrate’s Court hearing fees

Though private fees can vary depending on your case, it may be possible to provide a fixed fee cost. But all fees will cover advice and case preparation, travel time, legitimate expenses, court hearing representation, and advice on appeal following your sentence.

However, not every case is clear-cut, so we have a series of private fees that cover a range of services based on your case, depending on the type of case and where your hearing will be.

  • Honest advice

  • Personal one-to-one service

  • Dedicated firm

  • Local experienced team

  • Straightforward outlined costs
